Training course in Hospital Management for hospital nursing staff

Course goal is to provide training for nurses / midwives care who wants to fill director or chief assistant position in a hospital. The course is open to all persons with post-secondary / short term higher education, with experience and primary degree graduates.


It is a modular course structured over four weeks, as follows:

  1. Organizational and financing hospital management;
  2. Organizational and financing hospital management;
  3. Human resources management;
  4. Hospital care quality management;
  5. Health legislation and communication.

The course is credited by OAMMR with 30 credits.
